Team

The team is divided in two sections according to the type of competence with which they participate in the project (Statistics and Data Science, Sensory Analysis).

The STATISTICS AND DATA SCIENCE section is mainly composed of professors and researchers in mathematical-statistical subjects, coming from Italian and foreign universities, consistently with the originally academic nature of the research project, with a strong look at the practical application of the statistical methods and models that are developed.

The SENSORY ANALYSIS section is composed of experts in the specific field of Sensory Analysis, with the collaboration, in particular, of International Academy of Sensory Analysis (IASA) which brings together numerous experts of international renown.
